Project: Delivery and Development of Risk Management Programs to help Kentucky Farmers Improve Their Risk Management Skills

Objective: To deliver and develop educatrional materials and tools that will help farmers in Kentucky improve their risk management skills. These programs, materials and tools will help farmers understand the risk to their farming operation; evaluate the available risk management tools; understand how they can incorporate some of these tools into the management of their farm business and decide what level of risk is appropriate for their particular farm.
