As Vice Chancellor, Adell's responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight for the agricultural programs within the Cooperative Extension Program in addition to assisting the Administrator in administration and finance. Adell completed his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. His extensive and diverse work experience includes positions within Cooperative Extension, USDA and Louisiana State University.
