Originally from
Hertfordshire, England, Cheryl made her home in Texas in 1983. She
joined Texas Cooperative Extension as a secretary in 1999 when she
and her husband, Paul, decided to leave the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
and purchase a farm near Stephenville where they grow hay and raise
American Quarter and Paint horses. Cheryl and her husband share
their home with their ten-year-old son, Cameron, seven horses, four
dogs, and a donkey! Cheryl and Paul also have two daughters and
two grandsons. Prior to her move back to the country, Cheryl enjoyed
a successful career in real estate sales management and property
management.
